Craigvar

Top choice in East Coast

Luxury living with a refined touch is what you’ll find in this delightful Georgian house in Strathpeffer's heart. Classy little extras are all here, including a welcome drink, Highland-Belgian chocolates, bathrobes, mini-fridges and fresh fruit. The owners offer wonderfully genuine hospitality with guest comfort paramount. The two light, elegant rooms are great, with fabulous modern bathrooms and thoughtful extras.

Beds are extremely comfortable and the downstairs lounge area is very elegant and commodious. The gourmet breakfasts, with lots of fish options, are a real highlight. It's hard to conceive how this place could improve, yet every time we visit it has done just that. A standout.
