Scourie Hotel

This welcoming fishing-focused hotel has a formal dining room (set menu and set time: diners are summoned by gong!), and an enjoyably convivial bar, with craft beer on tap, plenty of small-batch gin and malt whisky, and some sizeable trout mounted on the wall. The food features local seafood and game and is reliably tasty.
