A'Challtainn

Glasgow

Part of the Barras markets' revitalisation, A'Challtainn is upstairs in the Art & Design Centre and is an enticing destination for quality seafood, with standout oysters and squat lobster, and superfresh fish specials. Balcony seating is great for lunch or when the market's on. There's a cocktail bar below, too, and a bakery-cafe was shortly to open at the time of research.

The all-day Sunday brunch menu is aimed squarely at the hungover (apart from the raw oysters of course).
