Taisteal is the Gaelic word for 'travel', so it's no surprise that the menu in this convivial bistro is a fusion of Scottish produce with influences and flavours from around the world – rabbit and pancetta ballotine with rabbit haggis and wild-garlic gnocchi is a typical concoction. There's also a three-course lunch for £16, and a five-course tasting menu for £35.
