Twelve Triangles

Tucked away on an unassuming stretch just off Leith Walk, Twelve Triangles is an exceptional (and exceptionally tiny) bakery. Some of the city’s best artisan breads, pastries and coffee come out of its clever kitchen, and the doughnut fillings are legendary, encompassing pistachio custard, pink-grapefruit ricotta, and chocolate and peanut butter. Coffee and doughnuts don’t get more sophisticated.
