Hawaz Beach

The 6km-long Hawaz Beach is dotted with shelters and barbecue pits, and has crystal-clear water that's ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It's popular with locals and at the time of research was undergoing huge redevelopment, though still accessible. About 10km south of Duba, the beach is announced from the highway by a pair of twin blue arches with wire boats either side.
