Al Turathi

Top choice in Saudi Arabia

Located in a beautiful mock traditional house, this part-museum, part-restaurant is stocked with vintage and antique items across its two storeys. There's no English menu, but the very friendly staff will help you to choose via pictures. The cuisine is local Najd and really rather good. The chicken mandi (roast chicken and rice) is particularly well done.

It's opposite the High Commission for the Development of Hail Region.
