Although this hotel looks like the front of a 1980s shopping mall, its interior is very elegant and rooms are dressed equally stylishly. It's the hotel most expats or visiting business folk choose to stay at, and has the most international air of all Hail's hotels. Plus there's an excellent on-site cafe-cum-restaurant.
