Garden House

Rwanda

This English-Rwandan-run guesthouse in a beautifully converted villa has five cute rooms with double glass doors giving views of the large, leafy gardens. The hosts are extremely kind, the dogs friendly and the breakfast, which consists of homemade breads, jams, fresh fruits and local honey, is as good as you'll get anywhere in Rwanda.

Dinner is available by arrangement (US$20 per person).
