This is our ideal post-Soviet bar, specialising in Georgian wine accompanied by tapas-sized versions of succulent Georgian fare, including khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread) and khinkali (dumplings). Get a bottle of saperavi or mukuzani red if you need an introduction to Georgia's endemic wines and move on to the potent chacha (grappa equivalent) when things get lively.
