Friendly and fairly cosy, most of the Dvina’s cream-coloured rooms are decent-sized and almost all have water heaters (in other hotels centralised hot water is turned off in June). The cheapest rooms share bathrooms. The breakfast served in the cafe next door is included in the price. Close to the main sights.
