The focus of this food truck in Lote 23 is firmly on pork, especially pernil, filling Puerto Rican pork-shoulder sandwiches with homemade mayo, lettuce and tomato in a brioche bun. But it also branches out in other small plates, perhaps ramen and salt-cod sandwiches. Enjoy it with a local craft beer.
