Aveiro Palace Hotel

Aveiro's most central hotel, and one of its smartest, overlooks the canal in the heart of town. Its four-star rooms, the best of which have ria (canal) views, are comfortable and soberly-decorated. There's a pretty 1st-floor lounge, and you can leave your car for only €6 a day in the nearby underground parking.
