This is the quintessential old Kraków restaurant; its main dining room occupies a Gothic cellar from the 13th century. Heavy wood furniture, stone walls and fraying tapestries evoke the Middle Ages, as do the grilled meats cooked over a beech-wood fire. The wild boar steak marinated in juniper berry comes highly recommended.
