Sitting atop the Western Market, the Grand Stage is one of the few dining venues in Hong Kong that occupies a heritage site yet manages not to be wallet-shatteringly expensive. It serves decent-value dim sum in a dark, grand-ish setting that hasn't quite forgotten its previous incarnation as a ballroom. The restaurant moonlights as a wedding venue; it's obvious and a little off-putting.
