Los Angeles phenom eggslut fixed something that wasn't broken: the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. And oh, how they fixed it: caramelized onions, arugula and chipotle ketchup elevate the humble to haute. Not that you'll notice when you're chowing down in the wee hours of the weekend mornings (it's open from midnight on Saturday and Sunday).
