Hochsteg-Gütl

The Salzkammergut

Hochsteg-Gütl is a modern four-star hotel that caters for tourists and seminar guests alike. Rooms are well sized, modern and bright, but it's the almost rural location on the edge of town and facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath that make it so popular.

There's a two-night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday, and a three-night minimum in July and August. Right opposite is the Mostschenke im Heustadl, with delicious Austrian food and its own apple-pear Most (cider).
