It's a novel idea: dining on three gourmet courses, paired with wines, in the pitch black to savour every flavour, texture and aroma to the full, and hopefully without too much spillage! Afterwards you get to discuss your dining experience with the chef and restaurant manager (in the light). The whole experience takes around 90 minutes.

Reservations essential.
