B-Smokery

B-Smokery pays homage to the Teurastamo former slaughterhouse with meats smoked in its Texan smoker using apple wood, and cooked in its stainless-steel open kitchen amid exposed brick and concrete post-industrial surrounds. Babyback ribs with Helsinki Distillery Company whisky glaze, pastrami or brisket sandwiches and chicken wings are among its specialities. There's always one veggie dish of the day.
