If you prefer sipping your cappuccinos while gazing out over the Bay of Naples, head to this pleasant, modern cafe in Villa Comunale. While the drinks and bites aren't especially memorable, the view from the terrace is, and the lack of traffic adds to the sense of tranquillity. Granted, the drinks aren't cheap (€9), but neither is the million-dollar view.
