Zurabkhane

Southeastern Iran

A collection of ancient coins, displayed in a half-dark domed chamber, might be of interest to numismatists but at foreigner prices it seems overpriced (most tourists who wander in here have mistaken it for the Hammam Museum). But if you stand back and look at the Zurabkhane from across Ganj Ali Khan Sq, you'll see its most notable feature: a tall wind tower, which is attractively lit at night.
