Belle Vue is an excellent midrange option in Hell-Ville's centre. Cheaper rooms have fans and share a toilet, but all are immaculate and cheerful. The ones at the back of the building are the best – brighter, airier and with nice views. Galmache restaurant serves breakfast (6am to 11am), lunch (noon to 2.30pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm, three-course menu Ar15,000).
