Budapest knew it had arrived when a branch of the favourite canteen of the London glitterati opened here. As elsewhere, Nobu is minimalist in decor and anonymously efficient in service. But it can be surprisingly disappointing: some of the exquisitely presented sushi, sashimi and tartare offerings work better than others.
