Attached to the dairy La Ferme de l'Adroit is this attractively converted stable where, amid Alpine rusticity, you can feast on the farm's own produce: farmhouse diots (sausages), unctuous fondue, and seven varieties of raclette (smoked, blue and goat's cheese among the choices). Book two or three days ahead for dinner and, to find it, head 1km from central Val d'Isere, towards the Col de l'Iseran.
The better-than-average kids' menu includes a miniature raclette (€10).
