Wilde's at the Lodge

Top choice in County Mayo

Chef Jonathan Keane and his team forage the mussels, wild herbs and flowers that adorn the dishes at this exquisite restaurant within the vast grounds of Ashford Castle. Produce and meat come from organic local suppliers for a much-lauded, seasonally changing menu, bringing the chance to sample many dishes served on small plates.

The restaurant takes its name from Sir William Wilde (father of Oscar), who loved the Lough.
