Klausturkaffi

Top choice

Klausturkaffi, inside Skriðuklaustur, serves an impeccable lunch buffet showcasing local ingredients (seafood soup, reindeer pie, brambleberry skyr cake). Perhaps more tantalising, however, is every sweet-tooth’s dream: the brilliant all-you-can-eat cake buffet (adult/child 2290/1145kr), served from 3pm. Kids welcome.

Note that you don't have to pay to enter Skriðuklaustur if you are only visiting the cafe.
