Above an indoor market, dai pai dong (food stall) operators cook up a storm in a sprawling hall littered with folding tables and plastic chairs. Pak Kee and Chu Kee offer simple but tasty seafood dishes. You can also buy seafood from the wet market downstairs and pay for it to be cooked the way you want. It's packed and noisy on weekends.
Every evening fishers and dragon boaters come here for the cheap beer and food. The market is served by the metro or you can reach it from Aberdeen Promenade by taking a sampan.
