The grand Fontainebleau opened in 1954, when it became a celeb-sunning spot. Numerous renovations have added beachside cabanas, a shopping mall, a fabulous swimming pool and one of Miami's best nightclubs. The rooms are bright and cheerful, with an unpretentious elegance.
