Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa

Exotic birds and extravagant artwork fill the airy lobby atrium, while gardens and swan ponds catch the eye across the grounds. Kids of all ages will thrill in the water world of meandering pools, swim-through grottoes and towering waterslides. At the time of writing, a multimillion-dollar renovation project covering all guest rooms was expected to finish in late 2020.

The new rooms are set to exude bright and sleek modern style while giving a nod to the islands. Improvements include double sinks, open closets and glass-railing balconies.

The daily resort fee of $32 includes wi-fi, but self-parking is a separate $22 per day. Valet parking is $32 per night.
