Salt Gastro Lounge

Iloilo

The New York City photos, US licence plates, New Jersey fried chicken (who knew this was a Jersey speciality?) and peach cobbler are all meant to evoke America. Even if the style and taste of the dishes don't exactly match their inspiration, they're still tasty (especially the burgers and baby-back ribs), and it's a stylish and comfortable place to eat.

The entrance is at the back of a coffee shop directly across the street from St Augustin University.
