This home-grown craft brewery doubles as Vigan's best restaurant. It's a smokehouse – pick your meat and a couple of sides, and wash it down with home brew. The food is terrific value, even paying up for 'premium' meat (recommended). There's also a wine and tapas bar – pre-order 12-course Ilocano dégustation sets (per person P1800).
