Cafe Leona

Vigan

This popular, air-conditioned eatery spills out onto Crisologo St. It tries to be all things to all people with its eclectic menu of Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Filipino specialities, but its forte is Ilocano dishes such as bagnet. We're less than impressed with the plastic patio furniture, chipped paint and the loud adjoining open-air karaoke bar, though.
