Rising from the ashes after burning down in 2017, Baguio’s most beloved restaurant is back and better than ever. The new space is a more contemporary, glass-and-metal affair compared with its garden-oriented former self, but the menu, heavy on locally sourced, organic dairy and produce, remains as inventive and the food is healthy and delicious.
