Locavore uses locally sourced ingredients to stunning effect, creating French-inspired takes on Filipino classics like Bicol exprés (spicy minced pork), kaldereta (beef stew) and of course halo-halo (various fruit preserves served in shaved ice and milk). The signature lechón (roast suckling pig) and oyster sisig is to die for.
