CEV/Loose Keys

Until 9pm this is CEV, which specialises in highly original ceviche and kinilaw bowls – basically marinated raw fish bits mixed with rice, seasonal produce and anything from coconut milk to atsara (pickled papaya relish). By night it fills up with surfers and morphs into Loose Keys, Siargao's most happening bar during the week.
