The base for the growing artisanal cheese-making business of Olive Puentespina and her husband (Dr Bo, a veterinarian). Tastings accompanied by wine and Olive, a passionate and interesting fount of information on organic farming in the Philippines, are available in the afternoons. She chooses from more than 20 varieties of organic cheese, and you can snack on cornichons, meats and bread.
The brick-walled tasting room is an intimate space and the table tends to overflow with foodstuffs and bottles of wine. You can also stroll around the next-door greenhouses, where there are orchids and other flowers.
