With its swimming pools, manicured grounds and hammocks strung between palm trees, this waterfront hotel is Baler's fanciest. Gigantic white tiled rooms are decorated with floral wall art reminiscent of a kindergarten classroom. The chic Beach House restaurant serves excellent fish tacos, ribs and Filipino favourites. Service is inconsistent, however, and woe betide if you need another towel.
