Our favourite of this surf hostel chain, Circle has mastered a chilled-out surfer vibe where you'll make friends in minutes and never want to leave. The bamboo-constructed dorms are rickety and the 'cuddle rooms' spartan, but with a skate half-pipe in the middle of the common space, cushions everywhere to lounge on and a lively kitchen area you won't care much.
