Hotel San Francisco de Paula

Ayacucho

This rather rambling, oldish hotel isn’t flashy, but it is presentable, with public areas decorated with indigenous art. It has a restaurant and bar and the decent-sized, tiled rooms get the usual midrange facilities. Outside doubles are better as the inside singles can be very poky. Ask about the Jacuzzi suite, for which you will part with more cash.
