The Acosta has dropped its prices because, frankly, its standards have dropped, too, from upper-end business hotel to lower midrange. Still, decent-sized rooms are finished in delicate earthy tones; they all come with minibars, air-con, safes and writing desks; the best have balconies. There is a ground-floor restaurant, too. But a somewhat dead atmosphere wafts through this place.
