Airways Hotel & Apartments

Top choice in Port Moresby

The perfect place for the visitor who wants nothing to do with Port Moresby, Airways has spectacular views over the airport and the poolside lounge-and-bar area is lovely. Luxury rooms, two excellent restaurants, two coffee shops and a wonderful spa are reason enough to stop by. The downside? Inconsistency in service and discreet snobbishness directed at casually dressed guests.

Even if you're not a guest, it's worth your while to dine at Baccus, Airways' high-end international restaurant, tuck into an excellent buffet at Vue or some pasta at KC's Deli by the pool.
