Segundo Muelle

Panama City

Part of an upscale Peruvian chain, Segundo Muelle knows seafood. You would do well to sample the causas (creamy potato dishes served stacked) alongside ceviche prepared Peruvian-style with sweet potato, fiery pepper and sometimes crisp tempura. Also try the tiradito (slices of fresh fish bathed in fragrant leche de tigre broth). It has cool modern decor and fantastic views over the bay.
