Our favorite of the three branches of this much-loved local institution cooks up cheap and filling Panamanian cuisine served cafeteria-style, and has tables on a terrace overlooking the main drag. Although Boquete is rapidly being colonized by gringo-friendly boutique eateries, this is one local institution that remains true to its local roots.
