Ra’s Al Hadd Holiday

Oman

Offering good-value accommodation wedged between a calm lagoon full of waders and a sea bobbing with turtles queuing up to come ashore after dark, this simple hotel is signposted from the castle in Ras Al Hadd. Rooms are comfortable, if a bit dated, and wi-fi is only available in the lobby. The hotel is set back some distance from the sea.

Two-hour fishing-boat trips can be arranged for OR25 per boat for up to five people, and there are jet skis (OR25) that can seat two people.
