This upmarket restaurant in one of the city's oldest houses surprises with very spot-on dishes (say smoked lamb with juniper and carrot cream), and everything is made on the premises, including sorbets and ice creams. It's complemented by a pleasant pub-cum-cafe, where a daily menu of casual meals are served, as well as a small but impressively well-stocked microbrewery.
In the warmer months music in the courtyard is a regular occurrence.
