Havfruen

Trondheim

Fish, fish and more fish – that's what you'll find at Havfruen (meaning 'the mermaid'), an upmarket restaurant housed inside an old beamed warehouse, overlooking the river and the old-town bridge. The standards are high, reflected in the prices, and dishes are traditional, but you won't get fresher or finer fish anywhere in town.

If you'd like to catch your own, fishing rods are available from 2pm.
