On the 2nd floor of the Fretheim Hotel, this reliably good restaurant offers a grandstand view over the harbour and fjord. It's not quite New Nordic, but there's a strong emphasis on seasonality and local sourcing, and an interest in reinterpreting classic Norwegian dishes with a more modern twist: smoked reindeer, halibut ceviche or brown cheese ice cream, for example.
