Hotel Skytterhuset

Western Finnmark

The three spurs of this secluded hotel overlooking the town look decidedly like barracks from the outside and with good reason; it was originally built as living quarters for summertime fishwives from Finland who worked in the large Findus processing factory. Long ago converted to a friendly, cosy hotel, it's a good option with a solarium and free sauna.
