Myhregaarden Hotel

Stavanger

With its turrets and red-brick exterior, this hotel sure has the wow-factor, but unfortunately the rooms are a bit of a let-down: perfectly comfortable, but a wee bit dated in the decor (black and purple furnishings went out in the '80s, surely?). Still, features like original fireplaces and wooden beams add character.
