A former bank building houses an opulent 131-room hotel, full of contemporary local art and designer touches. Rooms in the original building have a decadent decor of blue velvet curtains and furnishings, while the new extension has more of a luxe business feel; the Jaffe Suite has a private terrace overlooking City Hall.
